Meet David

I am originally from Michigan, but I have lived in Northern California since 1987. I have a bachelor’s degree from Central Michigan University, graduating in 1985. I have been a licensed loan officer, specializing in Reverse Mortgages since 2012. My primary goal is to help you live the lifestyle you want and deserve and to age comfortably in your home. I will help customize a full plan to meet your needs or solve intricate problems, whether it involves a Reverse Mortgage or another type of mortgage loan.

I reside in Orangevale, CA with my wife, Susan, and our Rat Terrier, Jett. In my free time, I enjoy following sports and love outdoor activities such as hiking, kayaking, golf and more recently pickleball.

    • At the conclusion of a reverse mortgage, the borrower must repay the loan and may have to sell the home or repay the loan from other proceeds;
    • Charges will be assessed with the loan, including an origination fee, closing costs, mortgage insurance premiums and servicing fees;
    • The loan balance grows over time and interest is charged on the outstanding balance;
    • The borrower remains responsible for property taxes, hazard insurance and home maintenance, and failure to pay these amounts may result in the loss of the home; and
    • Interest on a reverse mortgage is not tax-deductible until the borrower makes partial or full re-payment.
