Meet Matt

I have been in the mortgage industry as a loan officer for over 18 years and have been
specializing in just reverse mortgages for the last 8 years. I have written two books about reverse mortgages with the most recent being “The Plan B Retirement Strategy – The Ultimate Guide to Strategic Use of Housing Wealth. I have written articles about reverse mortgages for both national and local publications. Been a featured guest on both radio and TV talking about reverse mortgages. I teach continuing education classes for real estate agents, insurance agents, attorneys, CPAs, and financial planners. And the majority of my business is based on referrals from past clients and trusted referral partners.

I currently live in Ashland Oregon with my wife Cari and two daughters Tuleah and Lucy. We
also have 3 dogs, 2 cats, 2 guinea pigs, chickens and ducks. We also have a massive amount of
wildlife running around the property including deer, turkeys, hares, foxes, bears, and bobcats.
