I have written two books about reverse <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">mortgages with the most recent being &#8220;The Plan B Retirement Strategy &#8211; The Ultimate Guide to <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Strategic Use of Housing Wealth. I have written articles about reverse mortgages for both\u00a0<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">national and local publications. Been a featured guest on both radio and TV talking about reverse\u00a0<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">mortgages. I teach continuing education classes for real estate agents, insurance agents, <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">attorneys, CPAs, and financial planners. And the majority of my business is based on referrals <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">from past clients and trusted referral partners.<br \/><br \/><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">I currently live in Ashland Oregon with my wife Cari and two daughters Tuleah and Lucy.
