Meet Thad

I have worked in the financial services industry since 2015, specializing in reverse mortgages. Prior to my time in lending, I worked in a variety of roles in the logistics and supply chain industry. I very much enjoy the personal nature of my current job, where I get to meet seniors and their families who have lived interesting lives with rich experiences, and help them plan for the future.

I’m a Midwesterner, and after graduating from Michigan State University I served over seven years in the U.S. Air Force, both stateside and overseas. Our family moved to the Sacramento area in 2005 to be near my wife’s family and raise our two children. Those children are now grown and married with children of their own, all living in Sacramento. My wife and I enjoy having such deep roots in her hometown, and spending time with our five young grandchildren.

    • At the conclusion of a reverse mortgage, the borrower must repay the loan and may have to sell the home or repay the loan from other proceeds;
    • Charges will be assessed with the loan, including an origination fee, closing costs, mortgage insurance premiums and servicing fees;
