I am the Branch Manager for HighTechLending Inc doing business as American Senior’s Solvang branch and a California licensed Mortgage Loan Originator since 1980. A previous team leader for companies such as GMAC Mortgage, Santa Barbara Bank & Trust and Residential Mortgage. We educate you in the product features, process and create personal strategic plans for their successful real estate and financial endeavors for retirement.

David is a professional in Reverse Mortgages having closed hundreds of these and other financial transactions.

I take the time to learn your and family concerns to provide proficient education for confident analysis and direction with the reverse mortgage. I work with your other advisors to be sure our actions are in harmony with your financial goals.
